By using OrgoniteApp ("the App"), operated by Torus & Tensor Co. (Australia), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
OrgoniteApp is a community platform for logging, discovering, and sharing orgonite gifting placements worldwide. It includes a map, community feed, library of educational resources, AI assistant, and marketplace for orgonite products.
You must sign in via OAuth to create placements or use the marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, notes, listings). By submitting content, you grant Torus & Tensor Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
The marketplace connects buyers and sellers of orgonite products. Torus & Tensor Co. is not a party to transactions between users. A 2% platform fee applies to all sales. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless the seller offers a return policy. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including cell tower data or placement locations) is accurate or complete. Orgonite placement information is user-generated and unverified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torus & Tensor Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or marketplace transactions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Orgonite is a composite material made of resin, metal shavings, and crystals. Many people believe it converts stagnant or negative energy into positive, life-affirming energy — especially near sources of electromagnetic radiation like cell towers.
